Learning mindset
Learning mindset is important for both generations, senior and junior.
The senior generation is very good at managing the business, but they need to learn how to become good mentors, how to stop managing things, and start teaching them to the younger generation. Understanding their roles and duties after retirement is something the senior generation will be learning in the succession process.
The same is the case with the younger generation. They need to learn all business techniques and values through the experience of their seniors.
Taking full responsibility means:
You are responsible for what you are right now. You have created it. Your actions, attitude, and thinking have developed this situation in which you are right now. You are responsible for this. Not the government, not your college or university, not your parents, not society – it is only you. You have to take full responsibility for this and accept that you have created this situation – your decisions have created the situation in which you are right now. If you have taken full responsibility for all this, then you will be responsible for what is coming in your life in the next few years. You have to take steps and create the next situation in the coming years.
It’s important to have full responsibility because if you are not responsible for your decisions, you will be passing the blame to others when you face problems in your business career. You need to address the problems directly.

The failure uniform doesn’t mean wearing the same clothes; it’s about behavior. Businesses that don’t last long often have individuals with a failure mindset behind them., make sure you are not wearing it. People with a failure attitude can’t become leaders. They can’t own their decisions; they just pass the ball to others.
Feeling That You Know Everything
The worst thing is thinking you know when you actually don’t. What I am teaching you will make learning these new things easier. Keep an open mind and wear your student hat. Let’s move beyond the belief that we know everything.
Blaming Others
We don’t see ourselves as victims and won’t blame anyone except ourselves.
They say it is the government’s fault that I am poor.
It’s our society that holds me back from becoming what I want to become.
It’s my parents’ decision, not mine.
It’s something you can’t understand.
I am late because the car tire got punctured.
I did not do the work because there is no light or internet

Don’t be a victim of the government, society, or your economic conditions. Develop your vision and work towards achieving it.
Doing Everything Other Than the Work
Never try to avoid challenging tasks; Push yourself outside of your comfort zone.
Failures will do everything else—get a new haircut, go out with friends, party, or even clean house or garage, things they never wanted to do before.
But you will be prioritizing things and will be doing the most important work first, no matter how difficult it is.
You need to understand the conflict.
I have experienced that if we understand the conflict and write it down, there is a 70% chance that the conflict will be resolved.
There is no conflict; there are misunderstandings.
The simple task is to ask questions and write it down. Define the problem, define the conflict. Writ it down
