An audit is crucial to deeply analyze your business situation, family dynamics, and the current issues your business is facing.
You will receive a comprehensive audit report detailing your business situation, your goals for business succession, the challenges in achieving your business and family vision, and proposed solutions.
Each session agenda is presented beforehand, and we will have Zoom sessions with any of the following groups:
- Senior generation (the retiring generation)
- Young generation (upcoming managers of the business)
- Family members not involved in the business
- Long-standing loyal employees
After the consultation session, the FBS team will develop a document addressing the issues highlighted in the consultation, their solutions, and the process for implementing these solutions.
